Hope you are staying cool, friends!

Did you know that coffee is one of the top sources of antioxidants for Americans, and it may contain more free-radical fighting polyphenols than green tea, black tea, and herbal tea? 🤔 The more you know!

Below you’ll find my Spiced Cold Brew Coffee Cubes recipe that’s super easy to whip up. It’s so simple and inexpensive, and with a little bit of your favorite nut milk, tastes just as good as a fancy $6 cold brew latte you’d get at a hipster coffee shop. 😉

My special superpower spiced variation of a classic cold brew is infused with my favorite immune-boosting (and flavorful!) essential oil blend - dōTERRA On Guard Protective Blend.

You’re gonna love it!

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a pitcher, add ground coffee beans, filtered water, 4 drops of dōTERRA On Guard essential oil blend, and ground cinnamon. Stir well.

  2. Cover the pitcher and place in the fridge for at least 12 hours. Leave sitting up to 24 hours, depending on how strong you want your cold brew to be.

  3. Once the cold brew is ready, pour the mixture through the Ellie's Best Nut Milk Bag into another container to strain out the ground coffee beans. I recommend straining a few times to make sure there are no grounds in the final mix.

  4. Pour into your pitcher! The result is a cold brew concentrate! This can be diluted with water or your favorite nut milk to be enjoyed immediately. Or...

  5. Pour the cold brew concentrate into the ice cube tray, sprinkle with a little cinnamon for aesthetic, and pop in the freezer for a few hours. Once frozen, you'll have Immune-Boosting Spiced Cold Brew Coffee Cubes.

Simply add a cube to a glass, and pour with your favorite nut milk. I like to opt for my creamy homemade cashew milk.

Let sit and watch as the cold brew cube melts and mixes with the nut milk - you'll get some pretty cold brew swirl action going on! Start sipping, and pour on more nut milk as needed.

Enjoy!
