Florals for spring? GROUNDBREAKING.

Ok, but seriously…spring has got me feeling that flora vibe! 💐

My favorite local coffee shop started offering a Lavender Latte (which is AMAZING), but realizing it was made using a super sugary-syrup, I decided to create something myself infused with that floral flavor and functional health benefits and without the sugar rush/crash.

Featuring Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade Lavender essential oil from dōTERRA and Wedderspoon Manuka Honey (I get mine at Thrive Market) , this cashew milk is the perfect blend of sweet and floral.

I’ve loved adding it to my morning cold brew with a scoop of collagen peptides for a Superpower Cold Brew Latte!

One thing that makes cashew seed milk so easy to make is that you don't have to strain the milk for it to be useable - with a high-power blender (like a Blendtec) you can pulverize the cashews to point where the end result is creamy and smooth without straining!

This also means that you get all of the benefits of consuming the whole cashew!

Pro-tip: I love to stock up on a lot of my go-to healthy dry goods and superfoods at Thrive Market! They offer a 25-50% discount on a lot of natural living products and my favorite healthy pantry items.

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend in your Blendtec for 3 minutes .

  2. Voila! That's it! Pour into a glass container and store in the fridge. Because this is a raw seed milk, a batch will last around 4 days - possibly longer, but I usually go through mine before then!

You can soak the cashews for a couple hours prior to blending to help aid in digestion, but it’s not necessary.

It’s perfect on its own, poured over your favorite granola, or used to create a chaga or cold brew latte!
