PALEO PUMPKIN SPICE PROTEIN BITES RECIPE
- 2 scoops Rootz Nutrition Protein-Superfood
- 2 scoops Collagen Peptides
- 1 cup coconut shreds
- 1/2 cup coconut butter
- 1/3 cup unsweetened organic pumpkin puree
- 2 medjool dates (pitted)
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1/3 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp all-spice
- 1 drop dōTERRA Ginger essential oil
- Add all of the ingredients to your Blendtec, and blend until smooth (about 1-2 minutes).
- Roll into balls, place in a freezer-safe dish, and pop in the freezer.
- Keep stored in the freezer in an air-tight container - enjoy!
ADAPTOGENIC COCOA DRIZZLE: For some extra mushroom magic, quickly whip up this Adaptogenic Cocoa Drizzle! Heat up a 1 tbsp Fourth & Heart Madagascar Vanilla Ghee until melted and stir in a packet of Four Sigmatic Hot Cacao with Reishi. Drizzle the mixture over your protein bites and sprinkle with Moondeli Mushroom Adaptogen: Cacao Chaga Cordyceps before popping them into the freezer.
